They gave the work location as Andheri in Mumbai, however asked to report to Airoli in Navi Mumbai. There are no pickup drop facility however far it may be. There is no prior intimation before paying off. They layoff people on the basis of fake data. No professionalism at all. Work is assigned at the end of the day and ask employees to stretch back and complete the work without any overtime.

Joined this company on Aug 2022. Soon training started for our given processes took 1 1/2 months for training. Then worked on this process for like 2 months, then they transferred us to a pilot process. Now been to this process for 4 months training all done but still work not started for some on shore delay. Now when its time for rating they just given us bad rating. When asked reason they are like because you have not performed well in early process, based on that they have given rating.
