.... IJP is fake, all upper positions are reserved for friends in Mumbai branch. The associate manager just cut-off the hikes of juniors and add it on own salary. They show too much cleverness on cutting ICP by increasing targets and other things This review is from US Residential Mortgage Bangalore team underwriter.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there.. other Companies are offering Hybrid or Remote working but Situs is not providing the same. Admin facilities are worst. Transport issues.

...anageable specially when there is low volume of work. Better than a call center. Only one positive thing here is the salary is not that bad. It. Is ok.

Dislikes

Very hard to find help in any query in the process. Everything is treated like a top secret and they keep you in the dark for almost everything. They don't even reply to the messages in teams if you ask for help or any other matter. The management is crap and does not know how to deal with any scenario. They only want the maximum work done by you and do not care about you or your health. There is zero job security in this field as this is justa hire and fire job.

...yee are a machine who sits on system for 9hrs pathetic in human behaviour!!!!!!! No salary growth promotion and hike for genuine people No job security at all. They can fire anytime with whatever's reasons Additional. Manager will force to work on weekends saying it is mandatory.

The work we did was good. Situs AMC as a company is really great to work with. Pay scale is also good.

Dislikes

The management is pathetic. They will make you feel like you are slave. There is no work life balance. Every festival they will make you to login and work, and they themselves will enjoy their holidays.
