No skills and development Very very poor management people with low level skills. People with good skill have left the organisation. The people left are staying with favouritism factor. Employee are treated as labour and forced to sit at system without work also also. No work life balance. Partiality and favouritism at peak for people who butter managers . This is a worst platform to start ur career. The management was cruel and worst and this company is there to spoil employees career. They don't have a proper procedure in this company. They are firing their employees without any proper reason. If they want fire you initially management will play a mental game with Hr's. Please don'tchoose the company to join. If you work hard also no use in this company. This company is worst choice to continue your career. If you try to continue with this company you will get mental stress and health issues will get, such a worst organisation it was.
