Politics in promotions. The less deserving of only Mumbai branch enjoys the benefit of less work, more hikes. And the deserving candidates of other branches are given only the over work without hikes and promotions. IJP is fake, all upper positions are reserved for friends in Mumbai branch. The associate manager just cut-off the hikes of juniors and add it on own salary. Poor thing is people are getting promoted who are closed to management, none of other people get recognised, poor work life balance they will make you to stretch and work on weekends, no proper plan out.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
