There is nothing to like about this company

Management people are sitting on that level due to favourites of their prior company members who are at present in management. They do not have skills and knowledge and takes helps of team members in their work. In return manager favors only those team members who support and butters them for their work and take advantage. Rest all genuine people are thrown out. Toxic culture to work. Manager favours thier favourite people and gives easy task to them and challenging to other people . No learning and growth - There is no learning and skills development as management doesn't know themselves. No work life balance: employee are not allowed to eat or drink at floor nor they are allowed to take breaks more than an hour. Management thinks employee are a machine who sits on system for 9hrs pathetic in human behaviour!!!!!!! No salary growth promotion and hike for genuine people No job security at all. It's a worst and pathetic place to work. Upper and all management and HR all are one and same. Have to bow down always on their foot and they will be good to you. Playing partial and politics games. You cannot say anything against them or else they will take revenge and harrass. Even it's their fault they will never accept. HR are taking wrong advantages of their power and behaving like goons. Transport is worsest and servants of HR and all other management people. This place is ridiculous and have no mental peace. Too much of politics beyond your imagination. They will create such situations so that you either stay and suffer or else leave the organization. Some of team members are so ridiculous you will get to know from where they belong and what kind of background they carry. Behaving like goons, abusive behaviour and spread ridiculous rumours and management tries to support such people only who are behaves in such way. It's not safe place for women. Even if you will complaint about anyone they will instead take action against you and will mentally drained you out. No use and actions taken ever on any complaints. No growth. Only HR department has growth. HR is the worsest people I have ever seen in all my career and everyone has same opinion in the company about the management.
