I regret working here, I joined as a digital marketer but they force me to do the work of graphic designer as well. They want me to work for 2 profiles and not paying me properly even for 1 job role. The owner is very rude and arrogant and talk disrespectfully even to women employees. No job security, they don't provide anything in writing and fire any employee any time without intimation. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
