Honestly, the team spirit here is what keeps me going. The people are great, and there's always someone willing to help you out. The Managers listens to your ideas, so you feel like your opinion actually matters. They also offer cool perks like free meals in some offices and LinkedIn Learning licenses for skill development.

Dislikes

The integration team is big at Sirion. There is a lot of support I get from my managers as well. The interview process was crisp and quick and within a week of my interview. I had received my Offer letter. The technology stack is great here and there is heavy emphasis on learning as well.

We get to work on weekends as well, depends on the workload of the project.

We have an open door policy at Sirion. My direct Manager is very approachable and the team is collaborative as well. There is work flexibility given to most of the employees. Work deliverables can be intense at times which lead us to working on an off on weekends as well. That is not a continuous thing though.

I have been working with Sirion for a while now and Sirion has been one of the leaders in the CLM domain. My team at Sirion has been truly rewarding, largely due to my team members and quite a bit of support from the Team Leaders as well. Sirion focuses a lot on employee engagement activities for the Gurgaon employees as well which includes team bonding activities and offsites to name a few.
