The open door policy makes it easy for us employees to go and speak to our managers and even the HR team as and when needed. Work flexibility is given to most of the employees as Managers are pretty understanding. We get decent benefits as well here and the best part for me here is the team.

They are just terrible and picks favourite for every task. They don't even think twice before making an Associate level person a QCer or supervisor for Senior Analyst level person. Madhur is just so annoying and always pinch you for what you are doing, why you are seating ideal. Although she is the director level person but still behaves like childish by always monitoring employees. Manager in Customer success doesn't have the leadership quality, he doesn't have his own stand and always follow the steps of his senior. Apart from this pathetic work environment, the work which you do is so so much subjective and anyone can find an error.
