Nothing for like , just like Hitler management , You have no rights to speak. Ask some one from Sipra employee before joining - he will always say -No., Why you have taking risk for additional money. They offer you a good salary but after that they removed you after 6 to 8 months .

Dislikes

Only 2-3 persons run the entire company, having no scope for your talent only the follow the same as they told , if not followed they shouted badly Infront of all. Always used dirty word for all. Highly pressurized culture, No support for interdepartmental activities.
