No job security. For fresher it is good only for 1 year max. Not Good company for experience person I was suffered. Management is too bad no one is going to listen your problem. In maximum project they just copy paste. But if you work here 1 year you can work in any worst company in any pressure bcz in singsys it is too much. Life goes hell. In my opinion which I was suffered there job security , salary, learning, work life balance is totally disturb . Here we think we are engineer or bandha majdoor.

I have worked 2 year I leaved singsys before my appraisal due to their cheat nature. They told me they increase my salary in 3 month but when I goes to 6 month for that they said they have not comment for the same. They also cheat my 2 days OT.

I joined as trainee, was promised to get twice or triple pay after 6 months, worked hard to learn and grow, but at the they just doubled the salary, project management and coding standards are not compulsory, you just have to complete the project before time, by working 12 hours or more in a day. SBU heads are very supportive but still management delivers useless code and buggy products.

Team environment was good, senior developers were very supportive although, I didn't like anything about working there.

They ruin your life, hire so many trainee so they can complete their projects on cheap cost. And call you for overtime on Saturday and on public holiday, didn't approve your leave until they're satisfied with your reason. Time boundation of 9:36 excluding your lunch break tea break and other refreshments break. You're bound to come office on time but you can't leave office on time. Work pressure is good to learn things but there is no value of developer. If you're in UI team, QA team, System team or in BA team then you're a hard worker but if you're a developer then you're nothing.

All senior at high position has no technical knowledge and some of them have mentality to force developer to stay in office all time and work will come without providing any resource for other's works. If you are mobile developer and working perfectly, then they never provide you server end developer and force you to learn server end code and if the deadline will breach, then blame you. The main reason of such issue is that most of management employees are family persons and they have no technical knowledge and they judge you. Guys!!
