Only thing that I like about working at Sinclair's Hotels is that got opportunity to excel and learn different work assignments apart from doing the monotonous routine.

Dislikes

Job security is NIL, whether you are working for 25 years or a year any time you can be fired as only management rules work. There is no space given to explore your thoughts, working in Sinclair's was like you are in school only the head master rules work. very suffocating and even about the culture was like that if you are new, first ragging and bulling goes on, but if you are little smarter, then you can survive but on long run the seniors are spineless and cannot take any discussion.
