...ing that I liked about Sinclairs is that you get to learn and explore new works. Sinclairs as a group have not at all supported their staffs, no pay and layoffs were the part of Covid-19.

Dislikes

There are numbers of dislikes while working for Sinclairs. In Sinclairs only rule works i.e orders of the headmaster (Management), there is no space given, no authority given, you can not share your thoughts and all the seniors are spineless. No job security whether you are for 1 year or for 25 years, any time you can be fired. Worsed experienced.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more than 10hours straight in the peak season. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths,and shortage of employees which force the F.O staffs to help the other departments in the peak season. This is too ridiculous there are many staffs act nice to your face and then talk bad about you behind. They are two faced basically. Foods are too pathetic.

Only thing that I like about working at Sinclair's Hotels is that got opportunity to excel and learn different work assignments apart from doing the monotonous routine.

Job security is NIL, whether you are working for 25 years or a year any time you can be fired as only management rules work. There is no space given to explore your thoughts, working in Sinclair's was like you are in school only the head master rules work. very suffocating and even about the culture was like that if you are new, first ragging and bulling goes on, but if you are little smarter, then you can survive but on long run the seniors are spineless and cannot take any discussion. Tought me a great lesson in my life.
