Dislikes

No job security they call and wiped out few teams. Including ours by giving no reason. As per them it's management decision and there is nothing about my individual performance. I am currently serving notice with them.

System & operation department there is a monopoly of DGM and Managers they twist the rules according to their benifit, no respect for juniors. Don't teach anything to make junior skilled , Appraisal is 2-5% on current salary only for Juniors.
