What makes this workplace truly unforgettable? 😒 A whirlwind of highly dynamic teams : Blink, and you might miss who’s on your team this week! A collection of some of the most innovative minds : If innovation means reinventing the wheel every Monday Morning. Practical Learning at its finest: where trial by fire isn’t just a metaphor, it’s the daily grind. Corporate Politics? Oh, it’s practically a sport here. If you’re good at chess, you’ll thrive in this power play! The legendary “ you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours” culture: And if you’re lucky, they wont stab you in the back while they’re at it. Amazing growth opportunities: As long as you can survive the maze of shifting priorities and surprise deadlines. Unmatched work-life Balance: Because nothing Says balance like answering emails at midnight. If you’re ready for a real learning experience, well, you’re in for a treat!😉

The real struggles behind the Scenes: What you won't hear in leadership meetings 😒 Dynamism? Oh, it’s firmly under the AVP’s, Head’s, and C-level’s Shoes: They’re masters of making sure team innovation never steps out of line. Your ideas? They’ll gladly take them, wrap them up with a shiny bow, and present them as their own to the global leadership. The best part? When it falls apart, the blame will trickle right back to you. Innovation, But at a cost: You’ll spend hours coming up with brilliant ideas, only to see them misused, misrepresented, and eventually blown up because those who run the show often lack the depth to understand or execute properly. Your contribution? Forgotten. The credit? Absolutely misplaced. Mentorship? Good Luck with that : Once you’re on board, you’re left to fend for yourself. There’s no hand holding here, just “sink or swim” mentality. Need help? Beg, Borrow, or Steal- because learning is something you have to figure out while balancing unrealistic expectations. Corporate Politics as way of life: Expect constant pressure and the occasional knife in the back. Don’t be surprised if you’re blamed for things you didn’t do. After all, your bosses need someone to take the fall when they need to save themselves. Performance doesn’t matter - just keep your bosses happy: Your KRA? Irrelevant. It’s all about pleasing those above you. Forget about real performance metrics; it’s your ability to manage up that counts. What happened to Sinch? : After personally meeting the sinch global leadership last month in india, it’s clear to me - this is not the Sinch I knew. They seem to lack the vision and dynamism required to lead a global business. Instead of valuing genuine performance metrics, they blindly trust whatever regional leaders are feeding them.

The company is too slow (Sometimes I feel we are in a sarkaari daftar), there is too much confusion in the vision both global and India market.
