I have worked in Simson Softwares for more than 11 years. I learnt a lot in this organization. Higher management is very helpful and supportive. Salary comes on time. Work life balanced. You will get proper time for each task. HR management is very polite and supportive. Company gives you free hand to learn and implement new things. Appraisal are too good as per market standards. Someone actually wants to work definitely enjoy the work culture of Simson Softwares. As Simson is product base company, you will get more job security rather than other companies. No organization is perfect but yes if you have any problem, you can discuss with higher management, they will definitely work on those things.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
