I've observed some significant changes in the company's approach, and unfortunately, they haven't been positive. The move towards micro-management and increased focus on office politics has been palpable. This shift in dynamics has had a noticeable impact on the work environment. One of the most disappointing aspects has been the rev iew process. It seems that rather than constructive feedback, blame is being placed on employees. Good work opportunities and culture as well. Teammates are supportive. There is huge cafeteria and gaming center. Company policies are good and appraisals are also fair enough.

There is minor politics at higher level
