Don't know what type of management system they are following. another thing is they don't provide laptop to remote employees. Provides PC which is not feasible at all. next this they have a bond of 1 yr even for exp employees.

Dislikes

Leave policy very bad i have not seen this policy anywhere before. Differentiated 18 leaves between Planned and Unplanned leave. Management dont know what to do. They provide appraisal as per goals like you have to forcefully complete the courses provided by them any how. You will not get project as per your skill set they any how provide you the project what they have in current time.

Team manager from Opensource Department who is very Toxic. No doubt He is best at Micromanagement and Favoritism, that is what helps him to play the politics and do the dicatorship.

I like work flexibility, culture, and agile working processes.

Dislikes

There are politics and favoritism in the team. Some people who are close to the manager are assigned only to one project for years, while others get overloaded with multiple projects again and again. Managers need to be observed as well for team project allocation. Manager behavior is also not friendly like before.
