Signature have lots of mental pressure, no timing for leaving the office, but strict rule for come, No Work from home ever even in high covid time they deduct salary for work from home, simply lala type company, here compulsory to fill bond for 3-4 years

Overall Signature Global as an organisation is excellent but there is too much politics and blame game within the Design (Architecture) team. No clarity , zero SOPs and KRAs. It could be a great place to work for other departments but not for Architecture Department.
