No Reward and Recognition , Pathetic Work Culture. I worked for Signature Global for more than 3 years as an Engineer. I was working as per the requirement of the post assigned by the company. Overall Signature Global as an organisation is excellent but there is too much politics and blame game within the Design (Architecture) team. No clarity , zero SOPs and KRAs. It could be a great place to work for other departments but not for Architecture Department.
