Noticed that nothing is there to learn, waste of time, money bcoz i have joined the company, as a marketing executive they provided system 20 days after joining didn't given the work to do, simply sitting above 1 month 10 days, i request them to give work Becoz i have exp of 5 yrs in previous company, travelling far from home and simply sitting at office thats look and felt very bad for me, at the end of the day i realized to resign the company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high -quality products and a global client base.I also like the employees re-hire policy here.On-site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution. As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience
