Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution. As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
