Pros: Siemens has great technology to work on and to learn. Also management focuses largely on learning new skills, technologies, remain relevant in market.

Dislikes

Cons: Decisions are very slow, processes are very slow, no body takes responsibility. Getting work done internally is very challenging. Salary compensation is average, can't say it's low but fare.

Nothing, they will start micro managing each employee, if you try to balance your work load. Yeah but if you will work like a donkey even on weekends and won't say no then only you will be eligible for an average appraisal after 1.5 years, yes u heard it right. They have stupid policies to give appraisal only to joinees who joined before April, otherwise you will have to wait for 1 and a half year to get a appraisal and that too of 5 to 8 percent....Read More
