Siemens is Great .. They actually cares about their employees and looks into their concerns. The nicest thing about Siemens is its Culture . Really a healthy environment everywhere. In COVID 19 like situation we are working from home and they are paying everyone's salary on time and there is no risk of job security for us ....Read More

I don't know .. Actually I have to think about that which is bad thing .. There are no obvious bad things in Siemens .

Its Superb . We have flexible working here and all managaers are really good and main thing They don't behave as like TYPICAL managers do like scolding and ruling over employees. All are bound to Siemens open culture.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
