In mechanical industry they have Work From Home Policy. No constant workload most of time people spend time on trainings like Six Sigma. You have flexible office timing also have petrol allowance.

- Fundamentally and Ethically terrible organization as there is only control of a single manager. HR is treating it as external and doesn't want to hear the problems of employees. - Manager who controls this department has experienced only working in MIDC small scale companies so obviously has zero emotional intelligence. hiring people from his past companies and while releasing people gives hard time taking things personally. - They will hire you telling you there will be 3 month training in Europe but in reality they will send you only for one month and make a bond for 2 years. There is no valuable training which will enhance your skills. - Salary will get negotiated based on overseas travel. Once joined you will get increment as less as possible because you are serving bond with them. - Flat organization having designation as engineer to all. Now, they have team leaders selected based on managers choice leading the same year of experience people. - No platform to showcase your skills nor any forum to hear your voice<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I have seen good people leaving this organization due to such a work environment</mark>. - No negotiation on your notice period even if you handover everything and don't have workload. - From the salary growth point of view you will only get a good increment based on your relationship with the manager. There is no role about your performance and experience. - In short, don't join this company if you are coming from MNC culture.
