Something good environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is poor.company policies are wrose.salary hike and increment is dull.

Dislikes

There is a lack of policies and management doesn't address our issues.salary is less and also career growth is slow.

Work Details

Here I working in QA department and also work with rites inspection and automobile companies like Tata Ashoka Leyland .facing IATF audit and as well as ISO audit.there is available huge amount of knowledge and supportive team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
