There is also no strict hierarchy making it easy to approach managers and bosses with any questions or problems.

There’s still a lot that needs to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is a very fast-paced environment.

Once the work is assigned or our targets are set, the management trust us to complete our work. There is no micromanaging or mistrust in the employees. The management gives us all a lot of freedom to complete our work.

Dislikes

There is struggle with work-life balance. Since its a typical 10 to 7 Job, its difficult to maintain a good work life balance especially during the completion of project and extra hours needs to be added.

Super micro management whenever there is no work, management expect you should seat and look at the laptop for continuously 8 hours to maintain Desktime!

The work life balance was good as no extra working hours or no office communications during off hours. Pay was also ok but you should negotiate a bit as they will try to squeeze you by giving various excuses.

Dislikes

The higher management does not have a vision for the organization. they are just doing things as they go. Work culture is very bad as a lot of politics and the higher management is actively involved in this and expects a lot of sycophancy from you then only you will get appraised/promoted. A lot of layoffs without explanations happen so no job security and no skill upgradation.

There is no micromanaging. We all have our goals, tasks and projects and we're expected to complete them with the best quality of the work. But no manager or senior is going to be watching what you do everyday or how much time spend on break- as long we meet our deadlines and deliver quality work, there is no backlash from the management.
