dislike? a lot worst work culture, pressure is tremendous, behaviour from senior is not professional, no back up for your work and lot. official working day is monday to sturday but you have to work out of your office time even in sunday too (full day) with no extra pay

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
