These company is owned by two toxic owner who comes from a low life background and poor thinking, they don't value engineers, they don't trust you, No salary on time, company policies are bad.

Dislikes

No salary on time , no benifits , not even a single day off in month, owner do not value your position, they just overuse you till their project is completed, and no credibility and no appreciation to your work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
