Only Senior employees is ruling the company, they don't want anyone to join the organization, For a maximum of 8-9 months then they will allow us to work later they throw us out of the company. head office in Delhi, Employee complaints will not be taken into consideration. Plantation and park around the institute. It can be a leading scientific research institute of India.

Dislikes

All departments are occupied by unprofessional with low education level (distance graduate or PhD). They don't allow new employees with good experience and education to implement new thing. They don't want to change as per current scenario. Institute should remove their old employees and hire the peoples from industry to save such a good organization in the country.
