Excessive workload leading to stress and imbalance. Difficulty in tracking and obtaining incentives fairly. Salary packages do not align with the amount and quality of work expected.

Almost everything. No appraisal, No job security, No extra benefits from the company(Not even a medical insurance, you have to pay from your own salary) No agents/broker wants to do business with them, all the sales we are getting are from our personal relationship No WFH on emergency

It's working Structure like if a person got promoted then company separated him from his original team and put pressure to build new team,despite of giving him new responsibility, that is why most of the employee leaving their job after working 8 to 10 yrs.Company think about this matter twice about the attriction ratio , Thank U

I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language
