I don't like it shree tirupati Mahindra so I do not write a talking about work like a not like

Dislikes

Dislike is no work security and floor are not cleaning and workers are Spitting everywhere like a Vimal Gutka, G.M are misbehave for everyone, all time he dirty abused all the people's. I don't like this company work, behaviour.

plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background ;and we work happily in collaboration . i also like the employee re-hire policy here

they mostly go unnoticed during my mid -year appraisals also ,there is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks likes me have to guide them step -by step ,which is a pain sometimese,.
