Likes

colleagues were good and cooperative, the office was at walking distance.

Dislikes

The business is run by all the family members. They are a bunch of frustrating people who thinks that since they were paying us they could make us do any sort of job. P.S Any body from Shillong please don't work for Shree hari industries

Work Details

the ambiance over there was not at all good they never respect the employees.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
