The hospital is well growing and innovated. I can grow my basic knowlege of hospitality much better in this hospital.Hospital management always seeks to adopt new machinery for the better treatment of the pateint.Moreover as i am from other state inspite of this i got no problem with working my colleagues.

Dislikes

As there is no team outings and i get no time for recreational activities so sometimes it becomes too bore and schedule becomes too strict.There is scarcity of staff members in this hospital so i have to do double shifts it may be any morning , evening or night.It makes me too tired.

Work Details

As i have mentioned earlier that i m working as a icu staff so my work is challenging as i use to deal with different types of neuro pateints.Sometimes they are very cooperative but some of them are vert difficult to handle then .Overall its good.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
