The Project, Agora City Centre is Marvellous, Never seen before such kind of Concept in Real Estate. City within a City Concept. Location is also very Good.

Well the only problem here is that Mr. Ashish Shah (CMD) is relying on few old employees who have formed a nexus and playing politics to a extreme level. Sagar Gurkha, Ronak Rana, Samir Dave and the silent player Pratik Taparia will not support any new Employee. From day one they will try to prove that they only have the product knowledge, they only know the sales pitch. And they only know how to mature the property deals. Ronak Rana will share the best data with only these crook's and they will mature deals. New Employee will not have excess to even the old closed data and Inactive leads. The tele sales team is also supportive to old people they won't generate any field visits for you and any site visits for you. Even then also you focus on your own work and generate field visits and site visits by your self efforts then these cowards whom I have named will wander around you just like an Ant can smell a small grain of sugar and they will get involved in your self generated site visits and potential customers to share the deal and get the credit of the result oriented work you have done. If you keep away from them and do your own work then they do back biting about you to the CMD. Mr. Ashish Shah.
