My profile is here for Everything related in engineering works. I learn lots of things Here. Like 22-25 years old machine still we maintain and also running smoothly in condition also machine modification and save lot's of money for the company.

Dislikes

I am very dislike to joint this company. Due to very dirty politics and very bad people is there. Management is very bad and not supporting. I have very bad experience is here for last 3 years. Here i am working since last 03 years and suddenly plant head said management tell me you can leave with in a month and i asked why? He willtell me your work not showing as per management. After few days i will go to our HO to meet our HR manager, he said same thing, after that i will tell last 03 years who will be work in this factor he will give me ill logically excuses. Also tell me here lots of person they where fir me with in five days. After i lessing all things and say i want min 3 month to search the job because my family are dependent on me and l have home loans etc. He will not convey and said to me i will max to max give you 45days. And now you put your resignation. With in five minutes he will give me resignation letter. After that I will mail to director but they not respond anything. Here those people are serving who are not giving any work and playing politics and yes sir yes sir. Those people give increment and post and job surety. I will suggest that please don't join this company because for brand name. Only brand name nothing is there and your career go to the waste. After that as you wish... Thank you......Read More
