I was called for an interview for the post of corporate RM. Initially the HR conveyed that giving a hike on my current CTC won’t be a challenge. After two rounds of successful candidature, I was asked to submit my payroll documents. As usual, like any other HRs, she had to ghost away. Their is Nothing to like in Shinhan Bank... they are running like proprietary firm.. Korean GM and DGM is puppets for few Indian senior those play dirty internal politics....

Dirty politics played by few senior Indian staff... Korean GM and DGM only listen to them.... Manipulate all things by them.. Structure changes accordingly new GM and DGM.. and Hire and Fire policy the takes...
