Every co. has its own advantage & disadvantage. In my opinion only around 1% of ppl are truly satisfied with both jobs and co. after serving say 5 yrs. Here, if you don't mind many things and continue your work, you enjoy yr stay. If you start cribbing, comparing, etc you won't be satisfied.
