If any mistake is done thats having one specific reason but the Matter is completely different when it reaches the management mediators are reporting their own realization about the matter so please make it out what was done exactly in front of management

salaries are very less not as per market,there is no basic salary.and lots of politics and they do not consider skills and qualification, no growth.
