As i have already mentioned its a private job any one can continue and can leave for there betterment, After me joining i could see my co staff leaving for there own reasons as teammates we do not have any issues neither on personal nor on professional side , Training is part of our job because until a job holder thorough with product knowledge cannot move,We are provided by E S I, PF. Career Growth is definetely on the performance of the candidate career growth obviously but no that much as in M N C s.
