Everything. The management believes in “divide and rule” policy -including the toppest management. They instigate unions to create problems and project as if solving their problem. By this cheap strategy they think that their presence is felt and they are needed to solve those issues. Therefore they think that continuity of theirjob. They promise something to workmen but do not fulfill. So, workers resort to strike more often. 90% of the time personnel manager is required to run to conciliation Office or Labour court than to think initiating TPI, TQM, 6 sigma and employees engagement initiatives. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
