I spent 14 years in the organization first 8 years was good, support, guidence was good, there was job security. But now everything chahed

Upper management is bothered. They don't know what to do. Instead motivating upper management is just hampering, presurising employees for targets. So I don't recommend new people to join this organisation. After 2016 organization is just handed over from one hand to others.

Good place to work, good office culture, proper login and logout is provided.seniors are also friendly nature.

Work there around 3.5 years but still they never promoted to senior executive from executive. Salary ncrement is also quite low.

The problem is that, there is no scope for new people joining because they have limited set of client which are already mapped to there LOYAL EMPLOYEES (better understand the underlying sarcasm!!). So, new employee will struggle for at least 2 years. Not worth the harrasment.

Liberty of doing the work in own style. No boundations in office timings. Every one in this company is very helpful to complete everyone's work.

Dislikes

Bosses are forcing to work on public holidays and no week off as such. In the weekdays we have to work till 9 pm everyday for online webinar.
