There is nothing to be likable as such.

I was working as a customer service executive in an inbound process where I used to take calls and emails from various customers to resolve their queries, the training that they provide is not at all sufficient in order to solve the queries, the senior staff is not at all supportive and helpful in any manner. The working hours exceed every single day. It's a hellish life.
