There is lot of pressure over here, starting from your supervisior to his supervisor to his supervisor (top level management) very pressurized and if we not complete the targets as it is impossible to complete then they always threatened to remove from job . I don't think removing from a job is a solution if a person is not able to achieve target don't remove from job and give them proper salary your target will be achieved by one or other person.
