Salary comes on time that is good as am a single income earning hand in family, it is only benefit for me

Dislikes

There is lot of pressure over here, starting from your supervisior to his supervisor to his supervisor (top level management) very pressurized and if we not complete the targets as it is impossible to complete then they always threatened to remove from job . I don't think removing from a job is a solution if a person is not able to achieve target don't remove from job and give them proper salary your target will be achieved by one or other person. Do a team work team target not individual....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
