Supportive Teammates, Full fledged training is provided, career growth chances are very high, incentive is provided on the basis of target achievement, had to travel in the entire city as per the client requirements as it is not a proper desk job, no politics, good learning opportunity, work environment in office is good but since you are sales executive you have to go out the entire day so it's bit hectic, no work life balance as we had to be present as per clients requirements which can be even on weekends too and there is innovation in work since we had to directly coordinate with clients....Read More

Sometime Teammates do bossing as per there level of seniority, Job security depends upon your sales target if you complete your target then you are safe or else you will be forced by your team leader to resign, had to travel within the city as per clients requirements, no work life balance because had to work on weekends too as per clients availability.
