Join only for experience & short time, no growth, heavy work load, no hard work appreciated, only buttering will be appreciated, good policy made but not given.

Dislikes

Very bad experience, not getting growth in more than 8+ years. Always put work load. During hike they only consider buttering instead of hard work. Hard work is only appreciated only to give more work not hike & promotion. Politics is at peak.

Nothing, there is nothing to like here not even a single person everyone is here to play politics and waste time. They talk to there junior in abusive langauge and they treat them very bad.

Dislikes

Everything. They dont treat good to there employees and juniors and there is no work life balance with no job security. They will treat there juniors very badly and even abuse them specially the cheif purchasing officer. If any one is planning to join this company then atleast dont join in the supply chain department.
