Seance 2017 i am working in sharda motors .as a "QA Engineer".i have 2and half years experience in this organization .in this period I working with my QA team . In this team very talented and experienced people are there ,they help to one another .i felt i ,i am so lucky i am working with them. Our ceniar gave training whenever the training is must . they thought us lot of things , which are useful in daily work as will as in future. Lot,s of things are larnt here,in sharda motors. which help me to making my career brilliant. The environment is good for working.thats why all employees are working as team, with free mind , without stress. In sharda motors iam working as"QA"engineer. I play different rolls in my 2and half years experience .first few month i am only focus on product knowledge . Once i got product knowledge then i move towards the process ,till now iam working in process.

Iam worked at last year. my supervisor not good support for me.. he not interest to teach me like how to operate a machine, how handle a job etc..very bad person. No one support with us, because am from kerala. No safety in that company and my supervisor behaivour these two are the problems, thats why i resign
