It was a horrible experience to work with company. The unit head handling with the employees is highly unprofessional. Highest attrition rate I have ever seen in any company. Corporate office completely lost control over the SPDR unit. Very worst treatment of employees after the resignation and highly unethical practices in human relationships.

Dislikes

I will never recommend anyone to join this company. I am also hearing that almost entire experienced management staff left this company in the recent past.

The unit head Mr. KK Sharma was indulging in all kinds humiliatin for staff members. Hence no staff stick to the company for more than 2 years. Even the highly experienced people also left because of his bad treatment

The Head Office not monitored the well being of the employees of this unit. They could have intervened and saved attrition of talented people
