Company is very good in all parameters for employee

Dislikes

Senior level company politics, regarding support to some jr. manager and not helping to old employee. This has been effected to perform down level employes and growth help in appraisal, pramotion to fevorite jr. manager. In this not taking care about company reputation, culture and revenue generation.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
