Only good thing is a leadership development program for GETs this programme elevates you among the peers but then you become a soldier with guns in pocket & don't have hands to use.

Dislikes

The regional level top management is vision less. Do not have any values to drive the growth. HR department don't have any authority n is just dummy department who can't do anything to improve the situation.just a puppet. Parents insurance is not available.

Work Details

60% of the work is not the requirement of project/client/logical, it's required just because somebody (top level) has asked it ,which nobody even look at after 2-3 days .

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
